If you have multiple campers, please arrive at the earliest time.
2:00–3:00 pm
Sky 1, Sky 2, Young Riders, Sky Fillies
3:00–4:00 pm
Sky 3 & Morph
4:00–5:00 pm
Sky 4, Quest Van, Quest CO, Sigma Junior, Sigma Senior
Young Riders and Sky Fillies: If you are bringing a horse, Sky Ranch Staff will be at the Arena at 2:00 pm to assist you. Once your horse is settled, you will proceed to check in on camp.
What to Expect
🚗 Arrivals
Enter through the North Gate (by Sky Lake), where our staff will greet you with a treat. From there, you’ll check your camper in from the comfort of your car at the Black and White Arm. Our team will direct you to parking, and we'll unload your luggage. Be sure to grab your photo ID, camper mail, and medications.
🏠 Cabin Check-In
We'll take you to your camper's cabin where you'll meet their awesome counselors, snap a few photos on the porch, and hug your camper goodbye. We've found that saying goodbye on the porch helps campers transition into their cabin community, but parents are welcome to step inside the cabin if they'd like.
🚨 Camper Code
After check-in, you will receive an email with your Camper Code. Screenshot it and save it to your camera roll—this image will be required to check out your camper on Saturday. If someone else is picking up your camper, you must share the image with them. For your camper’s safety, we will not release a child without visual verification of the Camper Code. Verbal codes will not be accepted.
🏛️ Legacy Center
After you say your goodbyes, head to the Legacy Center to take care of everything before you go:
- Camper Mail - Here are the guidelines for this summer!
- Medications - Speak with our staff nurses
- Guest Services - Add Pre-Orders and reserve extra activities
- Retail Store - Make purchases and have them delivered to your camper
- Café Sky - Grab refreshments and free popcorn!
When you're ready, the shuttle will take you back to your car.
Saturday Pick-Up
Closing Show Times
7:30 am - Young Riders & Sky Fillies Parents arrive for Rodeo
Please go directly to the Rodeo Arena. We recommend arriving by 7:30 to receive luggage and find a seat!
8:00 am - Gates open for Summer Camp
8:00 am - Young Riders and Sky Fillies Rodeo Begins at the Rodeo Arena
9:30 am - Sky 1 and Sky 2 Closing Show
10:30 am - Sky 3, Sky 4, Morph, and Quest Closing Show
What to Expect
🚗 Arrive and Park
Please arrive an hour before your camper's closing show. We’ll be ready to load your luggage and return camper meds, then you'll be directed to parking. Once parked, please confirm you have all your camper's luggage (trunk, laundry bag, pillow). Don’t forget your Camper Code.
🏛️ Head to the Legacy Center

No paper forms this year, so do this before you arrive to secure your spot in Summer 2027. Don't forget your discount AND limited edition tee!
🎭 Closing Show
Catch a few highlights from the BEST WEEK EVER! After the show, you'll get to visit with your camper's counselors. You must provide the Camper Release Slip to complete camper check-out.
🍦 Before You Go
Once you've grabbed your limited-edition Pre-Reg Tee, stop by Café Sky for a milkshake, then visit the store one last time before saying "goodbye for now!"
Lost & Found
Please label all of your camper's belongings. We will do our best to return any labeled items to your camper before departure. Unlabeled items will be placed at the Lost & Found table on Saturday.
After camp, lost items will be held for two weeks. If your camper is missing something, please email GuestServices@SkyRanch.org with a detailed description. After two weeks, all unclaimed items will be donated.
Sky Ranch is not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please avoid sending anything valuable to camp.
Multiple Weeks
Is your camper coming two weeks in a row?
Weekend Camp is offered to campers who are attending two consecutive weeks of camp for $400. Please email GuestServices@SkyRanch.org for details. Not available between Sessions 10 and 11.
