You are welcome to arrive at the earliest time if you have multiple campers.

*For Young Riders and Sky Fillies: If you are bringing a horse, Sky Ranch Staff will be at the Arena at 2:00 pm to assist you. Once you have your horse settled, you will proceed to check in on camp.

Upon arrival, Sky Ranch staff will guide you through camper drop-off.

• Before you get out of your car, be sure to grab your Photo ID, your camper's medications, and camper mail.
• From there, we'll help load your luggage and take you to your camper's cabin. You'll need your Photo ID for this part!
• You'll meet their awesome counselors, snap a few photos on the porch, and hug your camper goodbye. Saying goodbye on the porch helps campers transition into their cabin community. Parents should not enter the cabin.
• After check-in, you'll receive an email with your Camper Code. Screenshot it and save it to your camera roll - you'll need to show us the image at pick-up on Saturday. If someone else is picking up your camper, be sure to send them the image, as verbal codes won't be accepted.
• After you say your goodbyes, head to the Legacy Center to take care of everything before you go:
  • Camper Mail - Here are the guidelines one more time!
  • Medications - Speak with our staff nurses
  • Guest Services - Add Pre-Orders and reserve extra activities
  • Retail Store - Make purchases and have them delivered to your camper
  • Café Sky - Grab refreshments and free popcorn!
• Once you're done, hop on a trailer back to the parking lot, and we'll see you on Saturday!

The Camper Code

• After Sunday check-in, the Administrator (the person who received your pre-camp emails) will receive an email with a Camper Code specific to your camper. 
• Screenshot the Camper Code and save it to your camera roll.
• Show us the image at check-out to pick up your camper.
  • If someone else is picking up your camper, send them the image, as verbal codes will not be accepted.

Important Info: Anyone with the Camper Code screenshot will be considered authorized to pick up your camper. The parent who receives the pre-camp emails will receive the code, so please communicate with the appropriate people.

Closing Show Times

8:00 am - Gates open!

8:00 am - Young Riders and Sky Fillies Rodeo Begins.

• The Rodeo will begin promptly at 8:00 am. Please plan to arrive by 7:30 am to allow time to check in and find a seat.
• Follow the signs straight to the Rodeo Arena, don't enter through the main gate by Sky Lake. The Rodeo will be completed in time to attend closing shows for your other campers.

9:30 am - Sky 1 and Sky 2 Closing Show 

10:30 am: Sky 3, Sky 4, Morph, and Quest Closing Show

What to Expect

🚗 Arrive and Park: We'll show you where to get your luggage and camper meds!

🏛️ Head to the Legacy Building: Show us your Camper Code screenshot to get your Camper Release Slip for your camper.

✅ Quick Enroll for next summer: No paper forms this year, so do this before you arrive to make check-out as smooth as possible and secure your spot in Summer 2026. Don't forget your discount AND limited edition tee!

🎭 Closing Show: Catch a few highlights about the BEST WEEK EVER! After the Closing Show, you'll have the opportunity to talk with your camper's counselors – and hand off that all-important Camper Release Slip.

🍦 Before You Go: Once you've grabbed your limited edition Pre-Reg Tee, stop by Café Sky for a milkshake and visit the store one last time before saying "goodbye for now!"

See You Next Summer!

Lost & Found

Please label all of your camper's belongings. We will do our best to return any labeled items to your camper before departure. Unlabeled items will be placed at the Lost & Found table on Saturday.

After camp ends, we will hold onto lost items for two weeks. If your camper is missing something, please email us at GuestServices@SkyRanch.org with a detailed description. After two weeks, all unclaimed items will be donated.

Sky Ranch is not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please do not send new clothes or valuable items to camp.

Multiple Weeks

Is your camper coming two weeks in a row?

Weekend Camp is offered to campers who are attending two consecutive weeks of camp for $250. Please email GuestServices@SkyRanch.org for details. 

*Not available between Sessions 10 and 11.
