Cookies “n” Cream Cake Recipe - Heidi​ Hays

Have you ever wanted to know how to make a HUGE cake that could serve a Huge group of hungry kiddos? Well, here you go! This is a Sky Ranch camper favorite!

Cookies “n” Cream Cake
Yield: 1 sheet cake 24X16

Ingredients

6 ½ cups of water
5# White Cake Mix
4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
12 cups, whip topping- 6lbs
Chocolate Syrup (as needed)

Directions
1. Pour 2 ½ cups water into mixer bowl
2. Add White cake mix
3. Mix on medium speed using paddle for 1 minute
4. Add 4 cups cool water gradually over 1 minute while mixing on low speed
5. Scrape bowl and paddle
6. Mix on low for 2 minutes
7. Fold in Oreo crumbs
8. Pour batter into sheet pan
9. Bake 300 for convection oven 20-30 minutes
10. Cool completely before topping with whipped cream
11. Drizzle with Chocolate syrup and top with broken Oreo cookies
