Drop-Off & Pick Up

Check-In

Monday - Friday at 9:00 am

Campers may not be dropped off before 9:00 AM. If your child will be late or absent, please email the Sky Ranch Launch Camp team at DayCamp@SkyRanch.org. On Monday, parents should park and come inside to check in their camper. The rest of the week will be drive-through drop-off only.

Check-Out

Monday - Thursday at 4:00 pm

At pick-up each day, you’ll park and come inside. Show your Camper Code to our leadership team, then take your check-out card to your camper’s counselor to pick up your child.

If you need to pick up your child early, please email DayCamp@SkyRanch.org the following information:

Friday at 3:00 - Closing Show!

Join us on Friday for a special Closing Show as we celebrate an incredible week at camp! Please plan to arrive early to find a seat - we’ll begin the show promptly at 3:00 pm.

Camper Check-Out Policy

Camper Code

The account administrator will receive an email with a Camper Code on Sunday evening and again on Monday morning. Please take a screenshot of the code and save it to your camera roll.

The Camper Code image must be shown each day at pick-up. If someone else will be picking up your camper, please send them the image—verbal codes will not be accepted.

Authorized Pickups may be added in your Sky Ranch Online Account and can pick up your camper by presenting a photo ID or the Camper Code.

Important Info: Anyone who has a screenshot of the Camper Code will be considered authorized to pick up your camper.
