Our sole focus is serving groups who make Cave Springs their home for a day – or a week! Cave Springs offers excellent services in every area of retreat and conference facilities. You bring the program (speakers, worship bands/music, etc.) and we'll provide exceptional facilities, food, and activities for your group.

Katie Hall is a multi-purpose activity center with seating capacity of 480. The facility offers a stained concrete floor, stage, two 58" plasma screens and a 24-channel sound board. Katie Hall can also be used as an indoor recreation center for the winter and spring months, in inclement weather.
This beautiful facility can hold up to 384 people. It is a climate-controlled room with a stage, full sound system, and two plasma screen televisions for all of your audio and visual needs. The chapel has recently been remodeled.
This meeting room is the perfect size meeting room for up to 100 people. All AV equipment is provided, along with a large screen projector. Town Hall is conveniently located next to the dining hall and is a favorite meeting space of many groups!
We offer four bunkhouses with bunk-bed style sleeping for up to 384 guests. Each dorm room includes eight rooms that hold up to 12 people per room, offering a private bath with two sinks, two showers, and two toilets.
Our newly renovated Ranch House is a 4,600 square-foot guest house with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths and includes a living space and kitchen. It can hold up to 19 and is ideal for smaller, more intimate retreats or a great place to house speakers or leadership staff.
Our newest lodge at Sky Ranch Cave Springs! The Buffalo Lodge features 10 private rooms with adjoining bathrooms. The facility sleeps 20+ people and includes a meeting space for small group breakout sessions and private events!
