Sky Ranch Camps is blessed to have the opportunity to work with and minister to over 600 college aged men and woman from over 30 universities across the U.S who will pour into the lives of our campers. Each counselor takes part in an introductory interview, undergoes a national background check and provides us with two references. Before the summer begins, each counselor will take part in a 2-week staff training that is also used as a probationary period, which allows Sky Ranch Camps to evaluate each individual in person. During the summer each cabin will have a CPR certified counselor as well as a radio that is connected to our Nurse Station. Our cabins will hold to our 1 to 5 counselor to camper ratio.
