Sigma Leadership Camps Information

The Sigma Health Form is required. Every camper must have a current and signed Health Form on file before he/she will be admitted to camp. Please download, complete and return to Sky Ranch as soon as possible. Click here to download the Health Form.

FOR SIGMA (COLORADO) CAMPERS A doctor's physical is required. Click here to download the appropriate form.

Sigma campers will also need to have the White Water Rafting Release Form on file, click here to download this form, and the Rock Climbing Release form - click here to download that form.

The Camper Tee and Sky Packs Order Form allows you to pre-order the "official" Camper Tee of 2009 as well as Sky Pack gift packages and Snack Packs. These items will be delivered to your camper's cabin during their stay at Sky Ranch. Click here to download the Order Form.
