Oversee and lead/manage all activities. Create and maintain documented log of activity procedures, activity inspections, and equipment utilization. Ensure seasonal and summer activity staff are properly trained and certified as required to administer/operate camp activities. Monitor retreat and seasonal activity staff on execution of policies and procedures and overall representation of Sky Ranch to guests. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of three years of related experience in camp ministry. Physical Demands: Much physical effort required on a routine basis; ability to use up to 20 pounds of force regularly and 50 pounds of force occasionally. Maintain current State of Colorado water and wastewater certification and meet all Colorado testing and regulatory requirements for the camp water and wastewater as needed. Legacy Fellowship

Sky Ranch wants to invest in you so you can then invest in others. The Legacy Fellowship is a leadership internship from mid-August through August of the following year.  The program is designed to provide work experience and training in leadership and ministry within a Christian camp setting.  Those within the program are trained in the various areas of ministry within Sky Ranch, while providing an excellent and safe experience for Sky Ranch ministries. This position exists in order to help individuals grow in experience in leadership through ministering to guests through the various operations and activities, while learning to actively lead within the programs and operations of Sky Ranch camps.  During the summer, the position assists with Summer Camp sessions in a leadership role.  This program also provides pre-requisite training for Sky Ranch’s Legacy 2 Fellowship Program, which is a two-year work internship where Fellows can also achieve a master’s degree with costs fully paid by Sky Ranch.

The lead video editor will edit all video footage, store and organize footage on the Vimeo account and make collateral available to various staff. Develop and execute Sky Ranch’s vision and strategic objectives as a member of the Global Leadership Team.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in camp/sport leadership, business or Christian ministries is preferred. Experience: At least five years of experience in camp ministry in a full-time leadership role.
